The book looks fascinating, and I will probably buy it eventually. In fact, I would definitely pre-order it apart from the fact that you have to create an account in order to do so. I don't need or want an account, I just want a book! As the jargon goes: #fail.
Now that the book has been published, you don't need to create an account - just go to your local bookshop and order it.
